Monthly School Fees over a 12-Month Cycle

Discounts are available if fees are paid in advance.

Rebate if fees are paid in advance for 1 term: 4%

Rebate if fees are paid in advance for 2 terms: 8%

Rebate if fees are paid in advance for 3 terms: 12%

Rebate if fees are paid in advance for 4 terms: 20%

Payment of School Fees Policy

1 Introduction

1.1 The prompt payment of school fees is integral to the lifeblood of the school.

1.2 School fees are due in advance as per the invoices issued.

1.3 We are unable to accommodate non-paying students as it places an unjust burden on the financial system and hinders our ability to provide full services to paying students.

1.4 Parent/s – Guardian/s accept the fee policy of Keurbosch by sending their child/children to the school and undertake/s to enrol their child /children without delay at another school or make immediate alternative education arrangements for their child/children if fees are not paid promptly.

1.5 Parent/s – Guardian/s understand that the school will not engage in any disputes about arrear fees and undertakes to adhere unconditionally to the Payment of School Fees Policy of Keurbosch School.

1.6 Why does Keurbosch have a strict payment of fees policy? The quality of teaching and resources cannot be achieved if all fees are not received promptly as a high standard of education requires a solid financial base.
