We at Keurbosch, as leadership and staff, are humbled by this great honour to be nominated as one of the Top Ten British Council (Cambridge Associated Schools).
I want to convey a special word of thanks and appreciation to all our teachers, staff, students, and parents who made this possible.
I want to especially thank Mr. Jason Oberholster for his absolutely outstanding diligence, hard work, and excellence as our exam officer for the external exams. We appreciate the integrity and unparalleled quality with which he runs the external exams. The British Council staff, parents, and students who wrote the external exams over the last exam series’ gave superb feedback on his professionalism. Thank you, Mr. Jason.
May we strive to equip our students well in all aspects and not chase nominations, if we get phenomenal nominations like the above, then it is a bonus and honour and, a result of what we do at Keurbosch.

Ps. We then received a SURPRISE inspection from the British Council the next day, 14 November 2023 to ensure the quality and integrity of our external exams are up to standard. This is the feedback that we received!
“Hi Michiel, I hope you are well! I just did the most amazing spot check at your school, and I was so absolutely impressed. I’m sorry to have missed you, I couldn’t let you know I was coming!
Jason and Buhle were wonderful, and everything ran so smoothly with their exam.”
The spot check included inspection of documentation, the safe, procedures, and adherence to all Cambridge rules during this visit.
